Where's My Refund?
It may take 3 to 5 business days to process your return fully and issue your refund. In addition, if we have concerns with authenticity or the condition of the return, we may provide a longer return processing window to evaluate the KIYLEX INTAKE PART(S) which may impact the timing of any applicable refund.
If the condition of the product is misrepresented in the Returns process, such as stating the Return reason for the product as “damaged or defective” and upon testing and inspection, KTN THERMODYNAMICS sees the product is not damaged or defective, a customer fee up to 15% of the product sales price will be imposed. KTN THERMODYNAMICS tests all KIYLEX INTAKE PART(S) upon return.
