What is my FUEL mileage?

The calculation is simple. You will need your Current Mileage, Old Mileage, and Gallons Purchased. Then you just take your Current Mileage (CM) – Old Mileage (OM) Divided by Gallons Purchased (GP) = Miles Per Gallon (MPG).

For example, you started with 120,000 miles, after you drove, and your gas tank is empty you drove 120,330 miles since your last fill-up. You purchased 14.45 gallons of FUEL = 22.83 miles per gallon (CM – OM / GP = MPG).
